As the TGA updated the official page about how nicotine pouches are regulated in Australia, from 24 July 2026, there is no longer a lawful pathway for consumers to buy or import nicotine pouches in Australia. This total ban takes about two years to take effect. You can check the timeline below:

Important: Before 24 July 2026, nicotine pouches were already prescription-only, and retail sales and advertising were unlawful.
